These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at exalaunch.com (the “Site”), operated by Exalaunch Consulting LLC (“Exalaunch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting any form, or interacting with our chat widget, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or to consent to receive messages from us.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others, restricts or inhibits another person’s use of the Site, or disrupts the normal operation of the Site or our chat widget. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, harassment, transmission of obscene or unlawful content, spam, attempts to gain unauthorized access, and interference with security features.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Exalaunch Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our express written permission.
Submitting an inquiry, contact form, consultation request, or chat message does not by itself create a contract or business relationship between you and Exalaunch. Any consulting engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
By providing your mobile phone number through our chat widget and checking the corresponding consent box, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Exalaunch Consulting LLC. We operate two separate messaging programs, each requiring independent, explicit consent collected through independent checkboxes in the chat widget:
Marketing consent is not combined with transactional consent. Consent to one program is not consent to the other. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase, and neither type of consent is shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

The Site uses third-party services, including chat and messaging infrastructure provided by HighLevel/LeadConnector and analytics, security, and email-delivery providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Site and any services described on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exalaunch Consulting LLC, its members, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or our SMS messaging program.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exalaunch Consulting LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
