  • Customer Care — transactional messages, including responses to support requests, ticket updates, appointment coordination, and follow-up communications related to an existing inquiry.
  • Promotional Messages — marketing communications, including special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements.

Marketing consent is not combined with transactional consent. Consent to one program is not consent to the other. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase, and neither type of consent is shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that program at any time, or HELP for assistance. We retain your mobile phone number only for as long as needed to deliver the messages you have requested, plus a reasonable period required to comply with legal recordkeeping obligations.

Payment Information

We do not collect, store, or process payment card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to and stored on Stripe’s secure servers.
